Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Description :
– Activate Clients subscription services
– Manage CRM software, Excel modules and templates
– Liase between sales, marketing & finance department
– Provide in depth reports required by management & HODs
– Manage Existing customers and to make sure to attend every concern and query and resolve it in stipulated time period.
– manage SMS marketing & eMailer Campiagn.
– Design & Develop Basic HTML Info website.
– Should be able to manage multiple website that includes hosting, domains, content updating, CSS and layout management.
– Activate, Manage & Support existing and new subscriptions of clients.
Experience:
– At least 1 year experience as a webmaster preferably in software / IT Industry
Skills Required
– Good understanding of technicalities of website hosting, management and online banner advertisement properties.
– Desired expertise in HTML / DHTML, Java Script, VB Script, CSS, Web hosting, Domain management
– Good understanding of Internet search engines and techno marketing background.
– Php, My SQL knowledge would be desirable but not mandatory
– CMS knowledge on joomla, drupal would be an added advantage.
Qualification: Any graduate, Preferably in Computer / Information Technology background.
