Position Description:
OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities of an
organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and main
functions such as employee recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory
compliance.
The work requires knowledge of labour laws and the company’s personnel
policies.
Handling of all administrative and legal matters- from day to day operations to
planning and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including
those within the company policies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
*Candidate MUST have a degree in HR or equivalent
*Candidate MUST have at least 3 years experience as a HR Officer
*Candidate MUST speak FLUENT English and Kiswahili
