JOB DESCRIPTION
Working for the Agents and Public Awareness Department, under the
supervision of the Senior Officer, will:
• Communicate by phone with Canada SPA supporters to become members or
renew their membership
• Take note of any changes in contact information for members
• Respond to questions from members and report their comments
QUALITIFICATIONS
• Minimum of two years’ experience in solicitation facing (REQUIRED)
• Experience solicitation for an NPO ( asset)
• Great interest in the mission of Spa Canada and good knowledge of
the various programs and campaigns of the organization
• Ease of expression, ease to hold a phone conversation ,
persuasiveness and ability to argue
• Results-oriented and capable of self- motivation
• Team player with ability to work with the public
• Fluency in PC computer environment (consultation and data entry)
• Efficiency, reliability and dynamism
• Punctuality
• Bilingual French / English
CONDITIONS

Schedule: fixed and discuss: ranging from 14 to 17 hours per week
(Monday through Friday, 5:30pm-8:30 pm and Sunday 1pm to 5 pm)
Compensation: $ 12 -$ 15 / Hour
