Roots and Shoots Farm is looking for a part-time market helper! We go to the
Westboro Farmer’s Markets on Saturdays and the Landsdowne Farmer’s Market on
Sundays.
We are looking for an outgoing, amicable person who is passionate about local,
organic food. A passion and knowledge of cooking is also an asset. The
candidate must also be able to lift heavy boxes, restock stand quickly and
maintain quality of produce.
We are looking for either one person to do both markets, or a different person
for each market. If you can only do one day a weekend, please apply anyway.
Compensation:
$11/hour plus vegetables
Hours:
Saturday, 8-4pm , Westboro Farmer’s Market (Byron Park)
Sunday, 7-4pm, Landsdowne park
Season
As soon as possible until the end of October
