World leading Business processes firm seeking an exceptional Senior Program
Manager with a passion for processes and analysis. You will be leading the
transformation project involving a cheque and payment system. With your

Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for project/program management for multiple mission critical projects that
will require matrix management of project activities across all participating
functional areas. - Set
and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas
are engaged on the project - Initiate
and drive project planning activities - Create
and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring
resource estimates, overall project timeline, project milestones, task
dependencies and critical path - Control
and track project performance in respect to Time, Cost, and Quality by
constantly evaluating project progress, conducting regular team status
meetings, reporting project status on periodic basis to management and the
project team, executing and updating management plans as necessary,
resolving issues and maintaining documentation - Prepare
and conduct informal and formal presentations - Allocate
and optimize resources across all of the constituent projects, as well as
any additional work that is required - Define
the project pacing and obtain incremental benefits before the program is
complete
Essential Experience:
- 5+
years of program management - Knowledge
of payment systems (cheque) - Has
lead a team of more than 10 - PMP
certification - Strong
PM experience with banking/finance experience preferred - Advanced
skills in financial management and budgeting, as well as procurement and
contract negotiations across the program
