Contract Tax and Superannuation Accountant

We are a growing, medium sized, Chartered Accounting firm based in South Brisbane.
An opportunity exists for an experienced business services accountant to work closely with the 4 partners and a motivated team of accountants in servicing the needs of a diverse range of successful, family owned, business clients operating in a wide range of industries, primarily in South East Queensland.
The assistance required will comprise accounting and taxation tasks associated with the completion of the year end compliance work of our clients together with superannuation audits. Accordingly, the successful candidate for this role will possess:
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting
• A demonstrated working history in public practice, in particular, in superannuation accounting, superannuation audits and taxation
• An ability to deliver high quality work and work to deadlines
• Sound communication skills
• Experience in using HandiSoft software, particularly Handitax
Experience with BGL software is desirable but not essential.
