The Role
The rol
e is responsible for driving organisational performance for the
Employment Services across multiple locations. Responsibilities include:
- Contributing
to the achievement of the Operational Plan - Ensure
the achievement of Business plans for Programs and services - Lead
and Mentor Service Managers - Provide
timely and accurate reporting to the CEO and the board - Work
with Major Stakeholders - Ensure
achievement of management and Operational budgets
The Person
- You’re
an experienced COO or senior manager committed to achieving social
outcomes combined with high-level analysis, planning and advisory
ability.

Experience
in the service industry and implementing service delivery models particularly
in a Job Services Australia environment
