Test Verification Engineer: Mixed-Mode Clock Management (MMCM) (IRC81274)
Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for the definition, development, implementation, and support of production test solutions for Clock Management module (Programmable PLLs) in the latest generations of FPGA’s
• Test solutions will be developed in the FPGA environment using verilog/ISE tools and provide test coverage necessary for all use cases of Clock Management Module
• Work with product and test engineering to provide production support to ensure a high yielding and robust test solution.
• Analyze failures to aid in diagnostics
• Work closely with design and product verification teams in the US and other locations.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor/Masters in EE with 3+ years of experience in IC design, application, or testing of PLLs
• Solid understanding of PLL operation, their characterization & DFT techniques as well as associated fault models of circuits within a PLL
• Familiarity with FPGA designs using FPGA design tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of ATE test platforms, as well as bench test equipment.
• Experience UNIX, and programming languages such as perl and/or C/C++
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required
