My client based in Wetherill Park is seeking an
experienced head host who has the ability to manage the tables and customer
satisfaction. The cafe trading hours are Monday till Saturday 7.30 am till 5.30
pm and Sunday 8.30 am till 4.00 pm. Ideally you will come from a five star
restaurant and would have experience in managing approx 20 tables that seat 55
people. You must be able to work weekends. Must have RSA and would be an
advantage if you have food safety course.

Also we are looking for a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice Chef who is looking at
joining the Wetherill park team. You must have experience with various
different menus and able to work in
fast paced environment. For the right
candidate you will become the head chef within 12 months.
