postgraduate scholarships for PhD students to applying for entry in autumn 2014
in the areas of History, Literature and Languages. UK and international
students can apply for these scholarships. Applicant must have a
first or upper second class honours degree or equivalent prior
to commencing the PhD. Each scholarship includes a stipend of £17,000 per
year for up to three years of PhD study. Wolfson scholarships will be
awarded solely on academic merit. The application deadline
