You will be a highly self-motivated, initiative rich individual looking to join our Leadership Team as the COO and make a real difference to our organisation. Your role calls for a unique capacity to balance the boldest of vision with the pragmatics of execution.
We’re looking for someone who can ‘make extraordinary things happen’ within a
highly demanding step-change environment. This is a varied role: not only will you need to pay attention to the nuts and bolts of day-to-day operations, you will also manage administration through to exercising leadership in high-level and often complex strategic and financial management contexts.
You will fully support our efforts for excellence in financial planning, resource allocation and asset intensification. More than anything, we expect this appointment to challenge us, to fuel our step-change and to move the organisation through change into one which is more enterprising, professional and has higher impact.
