Battersea Dogs & Cats Home aims never to turn away a dog or cat that needs our help. We reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners, care for them until we can find them new homes, and educate the public about responsible pet ownership. Every year we take in around 11,000 dogs and cats to our sites in London, Berkshire and Kent.

Our Commercial Development Manager will work at the heart of Battersea’s Fundraising team, as we aim to significantly increase our voluntary income over the next five years.
We are looking for an exceptional fundraiser to develop and deliver a new commercial strategy during an exciting period of major organisational growth and development. You will lead the transformation of our retail operation, the development of our e-commerce offering and the development of significant licensing partnerships.
You will be a highly motivated individual and you will be someone who is able to manage multiple projects. A first class communicator, you’ll work closely with Battersea’s operational team to identify and pilot new commercial initiatives and you’ll have the ability to inspire others to support the vital work of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.
If you have proven experience in developing significant commercial relationships and initiatives in a fast paced and dynamic environment this could be the role for you.
