Intentional community co-operative on a 191 acre farm in Caledon requires a property manager starting July 1, 2011. Duties include maintenance of buildings (barn, houses, sheds) and infrastructure systems (water, fencing, heating, plumbing) and management of equipment (tractor, mowers, tools) and material resources. Compensation includes a modest salary and room and board, if living on the property, for 30 hours per week of work.
