SITE WORK/MAINTENANCE PROPERTY MANAGER
This person will be working a wide variety of tasks to support the needs of both properties, the programs and the guides. Work includes and is not limited to:
• routine property maintenance;
• trouble shoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing and solar systems, appliances, canoes and paddles, buildings — window and screen repairs etc.;
• carpentry handy-person skills a definite asset as new projects such as docks, shed and canoe rack construction are always ongoing;
• transportation of supplies (including waste to the local dump), people and food;
• canoe shuttles;
• wood chopping;
• custodian/customer check in/out;
• work with minimal supervision
$12- $15/ hour seasonal (Dec-March) (Apr-Oct) with option of extending contract to year round
