Service Overseas (VSO) is an international development NGO which has been
operating in Rwanda since 1998. Our Programmes are built around three thematic
areas including Education, Health and Livelihoods. We mainstream core
approaches on social inclusion and gender, social accountability and resilience.
We work through volunteers to tackle poverty and inequality, and enable people
and communities to play a more active role in development.
