Purpose of Position:
Plans and supervises the performance of the
branches.

Responsibilities:
- Make sure there is a sound extension,
monitoring and documentation of branch operations; - Maintain efficiency of branch operations;
- Maintain a quality loan portfolio of VFC
- Increase the deposit level of the branch
Special / Personal Abilities
- Determined personality with initiative,
perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team - Capability and willingness to take
responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude - Ready to comply and live up to and in
accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values - Be proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Extensive experience on the operational
business of VFC - A mature, committed Christian
Main tasks:
- Supervises the day-to-day branch operations
through the Branch Managers to ensure that the targets set and agreed upon
are met; - Principal advisor of the Chief Executive
Officer(CEO) and Chief Operating Officer(COO) on all matters relating to
the operations of the Branches; - Sits with the Executive Credit Committee
(ECC), the body tasked to evaluate and approve all loans that above the
Branch limit. The ECC is composed of the COO, OM, and the branch manager
proposing the loan applications.
Education/Experience
- University Degree in economics, accounting or
business administration and prolonged experience in credit and deposit
operations at least 5years and above.
