Job Summary: The Examinations Officer (Examination
Administration) will be in charge of planning, recruiting, training examiners,
conducting examiners’ workshops and managing the examination processes.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Organize
for marking of examination scripts; - Guide on
persons to engage in the marking of examination scripts; - Manage
examination marking centres; - Compile
and send detailed reports on the examination Marking exercises; - Compile
lists of examiners and make appropriate recommendations for promotion,
demotion, termination, training and retaining; - Update
and maintain a database of Credible examiners; - Guide
the Senior Examinations Officer on all matters of Examinations Management;
- Perform
such other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The
applicants should primarily hold an honors’ Degree in Nursing or Midwifery
or Education or Medical Education. - Be a
medical professional i.e. Nursing or Midwifery or any related field. - A
minimum of three or more years’ experience in administration of Nursing or
Midwifery National Examinations at institutional level. - At least
two years’ experience as a Tutor in a health related field.
