The
College of Medicine (CMHS) is one of the six colleges composing the University
of Rwanda, a Rwandan public high learning institution, established by law
N” 71/2013 of 10/09/2013 and determining its mission, powers, organization
and functioning. To achieve its objectives. UR-CMHS/SPH is seeking a full-time
qualified and experienced consultant in Forensic Epidemiology to teach,
supervise students and conduct research in the fields of Forensic Medicine and
Forensic Epidemiology.

Minimum requirements
The
applicant should he a qualified Medical Doctor with a postgraduate
qualification in Forensic Medicine and a PhD in Epidemiology with a major in
Forensic Epidemiology. Further, the applicant should have at least 5 years
experience of teaching and conducting research in the area of Forensic Medicine
and Epidemiology with at least 4 published papers in the fields of intentional
violent deaths (homicide and suicide) and sexual and gender based violence.
