Reporting to the Laboratory Technician, the candidate must be a registered Laboratory Technician from a recognized College. He/she must be computer literate, dedicated, self _ motivated and highly organized with strong managerial and analytical skills.
He/she must have experience of working in a hospital environment and require minimal supervision.
What Are The Key Deliverables For This Position?
Examination and reporting results of all specimens requested clinicians.
Improve and maintain high quality of work done in laboratory.
Care, maintenance and regular quality control test of laboratory equipment’s.
Supervise all laboratory activities in the company (hospital, health centre and dispensaries)
Implementation of company defined policies, procedures, programs and systems on Occupational Health, Safety environment care and consumer safety.
Proactive identification of hazards or environmental aspects and putting in place effective safeguards aiming at eliminating/reduction of accidents or incident
