Under
the administrative supervision of the Credit Recovery Manager, the Recovery
officer is responsible for the following duties:

- Create
a credit risk management environment of an acceptable quality, in terms of
established credit guidelines; - Analyze
delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk accounts including
recommendations for resolution; - Maintain
bad debt and bad debt recovery records; - Negotiate
payment programs with delinquent customers; - Monitor
violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and
recommendations, presents findings to the recover Manager; - Develop
processes and procedures for evaluating customer financials and setting
and changing credit lines/limits, as well as credit holds; implement lines
as necessary to major delinquent account as approved; - Investigates
and thoroughly understands borrower problems, formulates strategies and
solutions for resolving these loans; - Proposes
cohesive solutions towards the resolution of problem loans to the recovery
Manager; - Actively
monitors the financial performance of all loans within the officer’s
assigned portfolio.

least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management,Financeand Banking - Proven
experience of at least 3 years in banking industry; - Fluent
in English ; - Team
player; - Have
organizational skills ; - Demonstrate
a high level of integrity; - Be
immediately available to start work.
