Under
the administrative supervision of the Head of Credit Department, the Recovery
Manager is responsible for the following duties:

- Create
a credit risk management environment of an acceptable quality, in terms of
established credit guidelines; - Analyze
delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk accounts including
recommendations for resolution; - Negotiate
payment programs with delinquent customers; - Monitor
violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and
recommendations, present findings to senior Management and suggest
actions/penalties tobe taken when appropriate; - Proposes
cohesive solutions towards the resolution of problem of loans to senior
Management; - Actively
monitors the financial performance of all loans within the officers
assigned portfolio; - Any
other duties related to credit risk management that can be assigned.

candidates must:

- At
least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management,Financeand Banking - Proven
experience of at least 4 years in banking with 2 years in recovery
services within baking industry; - Fluent
in English ; - Team
player; - Have
organizational skills ; - Demonstrate
a high level of integrity; - Be
immediately available to start work.
