the position of Recover
y Manager:
Under the
administrative supervision of the Head of Credit Department, the Recovery
Manager is responsible for the following duties:
- Create
a credit risk management environment of an acceptable quality, in terms of
established credit guidelines; - Make
follow-up across the bank network of delinquent customers ; - Analyze
delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk accounts including
recommendations for resolution; - Negotiate
payment programs with delinquent customers; - Monitor
violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and - recommendations,
present findings to senior management and suggest actions/penalties
to be taken when appropriate; - supervise
recovery officers across the bank network; - Proposes
cohesive solutions towards the resolution of problem of loans to senior
management; - Actively
monitors the financial performance of all loans within the officers
assigned portfolio; - Any
other duties related to non-performing loan management that can be
assigned.
Qualifications
and other requirements
The candidates must:
- Be
of Rwandan Nationality; - At
least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance
and Banking - Proven
experience of at least 3 years Banking experience in loan recovery
services; - Fluent
in English ; - Team
player; - Have
organizational skills ; - Leadership
skills - Demonstrate
a high level of integrity; - Be
immediately available to start work.
