UDL (an RSSB Company) Independent Board Members Jobs Vacancies in Kigali, Rwanda

UDL is a company set up by the Rwanda Social
Security Board – RSSB AND Crystal Ventures Ltd – CVL (who own 90% and
10% respectively)to undertake real estate
developments in Rwanda. The company was incorporated at the end of 2011 and
started business in early 2012. The company is resident in Kigali, Rwanda.

UDL is seeking to recruit independent director
with sound business acumen, who are dedicated to excellence and ready to
promote the vision, mission and goals of UDL to join the board of director

Independent board members are expected to offer
independent and sound judgment and unbiased advice to the board and
management of UDL and be ready to devote time and be committed to board and
corporate activities.

UDL will soon start developing three townships in
Gacuriro, Kinyinya and Batsinda all in the city of Kigali.

QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced degree/qualifications in finance,
law or engineering coupled with extensive experience in Construction and
real estate
High level of integrity and a proven track
record in his/her area of experitise
Be independent of management and should not
have any relationships or form part of any Arrangement that could
compromise their objectivity and/or independence
Good communication and decision making
skills, sense of judgment coupled with pragmatism
A sound mix of strategic, business and
financial acumen.
