Safeguard company
assets, property employees and visitors through the supervision of security
guards and patrolling and monitoring of premises and personnel
Deployment,
supervision and training of security guards, Secure company premises by
patrolling security guards during the day and night, inspecting building and
equipment, access points and monitoring access to the premises, Performing duty
rosters and organi
sing drills, Provide regular updates and reports, and
immediately inform management of any irregularities, Protect company
individuals and property through the prevention of theft sabotage, trespassing
or misappropriation or goods, Monitor for safety and fire hazards or other
security related issues, Ensure the safekeeping of keys and security equipment
Minimum of Malawi
junior Certificate of Education, Training in security patrolling and
supervision, At least 5 yrs experience as a Security Officer, Ability to
communicate effectively in English and Chichewa, verbally and written, Must be
prepared to work day or night shifts, weekends and public holidays, Proven
track records in managing teams, NO criminal record
Reports to : Group
General Manager
