REPORTING TO: project officer
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE::
-Diploma in any development related field
-3 years experience with reputable organization
-Experience with sanitation marketing
-Knowledge in water and sanitation
-Strong communication skills including writing and fluency in English
-Good interpersonal skills
-Excellent community mobilization skills
-Must have Motor Cycle license
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Community mobilization
-Training of project beneficiaries
-Assist in facilitating participatory project planning, implementation and
monitoring activities.
-Assist in developing concept papers and proposals
-Assist in documentation of WASH case studies
-Assist in developing and implementation an effective data collection,
analysis, dissemination and information management system
-Facilitating community based on lobbying and advocacy activities
-Compiling monitoring reports from the community
-Produce progress report
