Bookkeeper/Accounts
– Payroll Officer
A fast growing
family owned business located in Clontarf is seeking an experienced
bookkeeper/administrator to join our team. This is a full time position based
on 38 hours per week.
We are seeking a
proactive, bookkeeper preferably with EXO software experience, including
payroll and administration experience. We are looking for someone reliable with
a demonstrated strong work ethic an
d positive attitude that can adapt to rapid
growth and change.
Core duties include
but are not limited to;
•
General bookkeeping duties
•
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable & petty cash
•
Bank reconciliations
•
Payroll including PAYG & Superannuation
•
Preparation of Business Activity Statements, Financial Statements &
Reports
•
Liaising with external accountant, ASIC & ATO
•
Providing cost savings and solutions
•
Month end procedures, reporting and analysis
•
Cash flow forecasting
•
General administrative duties
REQUIREMENTS
•
Experience held in a similar role
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•
Knowledge & Experience in EXO financial software preferable
•
Knowledge of HR an advantage
•
Understanding and working knowledge of income tax, GST, PAYG and
Superannuation
•
Excellent time management skills
•
Payroll experience
•
Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
•
Demonstrated initiative and accountability – proactive
•
Demonstrated attention to detail and numerical accuracy with an excellent
work ethic
•
Ability to create, produce and understand reports
•
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
•
A committed team player
