5am with the potential to be required between 2:30am-3:30am on some days.

to achieve targets - Sound understanding of warehouse functions, processes
& systems - IT literate & technically minded
- Excellent organisational skills

- Investigative & analytical ability
- High attention to detail
- Forklift experience including High Reach
The duties of the position are as follows:
- Managing a large team
- Ensure all OH&S guidelines are followed to
ensure a safe work environment - Supervision & leadership of team members
to ensure objectives & KPI’s are met - Prioritising of replenishment to facilitate
assembly on time - Timely & accurate Goods matching & Put
away to meet KPI’s - Timely & accurate receiving to meet KPI’s
- Running & analysis of Reports &
preparing & initiating action - Providing data/information to supervisors
- Participating in various discussions &
meetings - Dispatch and transport experience preferred
- Labour planning according to forecast volumes
to meet KPI’s - Sourcing & entering data
- Monitoring staff in all functions to maximise
rates & ensure rotation of stock - Work with Assembly Team Leader to maximise
staff efficiencies in Assembly & Receiving - Provide training to all operators &
succession planning in criteria areas - Encourage new ideas & improvements via the
OFI process - Hold regular Toolbox meetings with staff to
communicate both negative & positive results
