B-Double drivers for Interstate & Changeover trips departing from
Melbourne’s Western Suburbs
Vacancies currently exist for experienced Semi and B-Double drivers for
Interstate and Changeover long haul departing from our various, well-known
depots around Melbourne’s Western suburbs.
To be considered for these positions, applicants must:
– Hold a current HC or MC driver’s license (must have 2 years experience)
– Must hold and be maintaining an up to date log book
– Be able to accurately complete
all required paperwork, log books and run
sheets
– Have excellent time management skills and understanding of safe rest times
– Have precision and experience in load restraints ensuring loads are safe
during journey
– Must have outstanding communication and be contactable at all times whist on
a job
– Have the ability to deliver freight to the receiving party in a time
effective manner
– Be willing to obtain a current VicRoads drivers report
Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) or Advanced Fatigue Management (AFM) are
preferred however not mandatory to job function. Previous Interstate and/or
Changeover driving history is MANDATORY.
