environment, community development, public awareness and training; - Implement other programs such as on site
sanitation and drainage programs as reported by PIT; - Ensure that any dispute arising with day to day
work is resolved at site level; - Advise the coordination on claims, disputes and
completions and defect corrections certification. - Report progress and trends which are likely
outcome of contracts, irrigation activities and other information required
to the coordination level.
Qualification

vii. Site Accountants (2)
Under the appropriate supervision of a Financial
Management Specialist or an expert from the Irrigation and Mechanization Task
Force the site accountant will perform the following tasks:

- Supervise all sites QWMDP staff to ensure its

Qualifications and Experience
- Be Rwandan by nationality,
- A Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance,
- Having a minimum experience of 1 year in related
field, - Be able to work under pressure,
- Be able to work up countries,
- Have computer skills especially in Microsoft
office applications like excel, word and interne, Be Fluent in
Kinyarwanda, English and/or French.
