writing ability (25 percent), creativity (25 percent), originality (25
percent), and overall excellence (25 percent). Sponsor will select at
least one of the submitted applicants as the potential
prizewinning applicants. In the event of a tie, the potential winner will
be the applicant with the higher score for overall excellence.
