The successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A self-starter who is highly motivated
- 3 years + independent sales agent experience
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to operate independently and remotely
- Proven capability operating a range of technology and platforms, including the smart phones, tablets etc., and cloud based systems
- A proactive attitude and a strong worth ethic
- Willingness to travel ‘on the road’.
- Own car, smart phone, computer, and ABN essential,
- Proven experience in the Bicycle/Sporting Goods Industry;
General Accessories would suit agents with existing relationships in the independent bicycle retail channel or sporting sectors. Agents with a portfolio of brands are welcome to apply as long as they are not in conflict with our own. We also encourage experienced agents returning to work to also apply.
Specific responsibilities of agent(s) are as follows:·
- Generate sales from target sectors, specifically, independent bicycle retailers and bicycle retail chains.
- Perform in-store merchandising, and attend trade fairs and shows where necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
Sales Agent will be supported by our back office function.
