Tetsuya’s
requires the services of passionate and focused Chef De Parties.
Training
will be provided as you progress through our mixed sections to prepare a
degustation menu of ten courses.
 We
expect that you have a minimum of one year experience as a Chef De Parties and
be holding Trade qualifications of Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and
complete understanding of Fo

od Safety principles along with Occupational
and Health procedures .

This
position is full time and consists of four
single
shifts Tuesday to Friday and one double shift on Saturday .
Sunday
and Monday the restaurant is closed along with all public holidays.
