Tetra Tech DPK seeks qualified Rwandan candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded project in Rwanda to improve institutional and personal capacity in Rwanda’s government institutions.
Qualifications:
• A college degree is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French is required.
• Prior experience on a USAID or other international donor-funded capacity building projects preferred.
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas:
o Strategic planning and/or organizational development
o Capacity building of government institutions, civil society organizations, and other organizations
o Finance and administration (USAID experience required)
o Monitoring and Evaluation
• Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience working in Human and Institutional Capacity Development – certified programs.
