Fit-Out Executive
(Kuala Lumpur – Kepong)

Responsibilities:
• Provide secondary function in administrative support to the Fit-Out Team.
• Liaise and coordinate with tenants and Mall Operations Team pertaining to tenants fit-out works implementation and reinstatement.
• Respond to and follow up on assignments / activities given relating to tenant fit-out works.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Fit-Out Manager.
• Actively update on fit-out activity.

Requirements:
• SPMV / Certificate / Diploma in engineering or construction field with 1-3 years with at least 1 year relevant experience in retail – shopping centre / commercial office block working experience .
• Good communication skills (English / BahasaMalaysia / Mandarin).
• Basic knowledge of admin and clerical process.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and practices.
• Computer literate, especially MSOffice, AutoCAD will be added advantage.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work for long hours when required.
• Willing to travel outstations.
