TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE STATIONERY
Duhozanye is a Non- Governmental Organization legally operating in Rwanda with a legal personality No 131/11 of 2003 whose mission is “to ensure the socio-economic rehabilitation of widows and orphans of the genocide in order to integrate them into everyday life so that they can particularly striving for self-reliance and generally participate in the development of the country.
In partnership with ActionAid, Duhozanye implements a 5-year project that promotes opportunities for women’s economic empowerment through practicing agroecology, accessing markets and reducing, recognizing, and redistributing unpaid care work. Duhozanye is currently seeking a qualified and capable supplier to supply and delivery of office Stationery and cleaning materials for one year period with the possibility of extension for another year upon satisfaction of Vendor Performance Evaluation.
Objective
To acquire Stationery and cleaning materials from local suppliers to meet and respond to the needs of office stationery and cleaning materials. The Supply and Services are divided into 2 Lots as below:
- Lot 1: Stationery, office materials, and printing and photocopying services
All the Lots will be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Terms of Reference.
Scope of Supply
- The supplier can be awarded for all Lots or on a Lot by Lot basis separately for stationeries and cleaning materials. The bidder may submit a quotation for all
- The suppliers will be awarded the contract under fixed prices that will be valid for one
- Duhozanye will issue Purchase Order (PO) to acquire goods or services from successful
- Supplier upon received the PO shall supply and deliver the items within 24 Hours or specified time as requested by Duhozanye.
- Supplier shall ensure that all goods are appropriately delivered to Duhozanye Office in a good manner to avoid physical damage, breakage or
- The supplier shall replace the damage, broken or leaking items free of charge within the specified time as requested by Duhozanye.
