Plan International

Plan International
in Rwanda is seeking for a Consultant toprovide a range of support to the
development of the Alternative Education program methodology for Plan
International Rwanda through two key objectives:
Lead consultative
process with key stakeholders to inform program development
Develop Alternative
Education in Emergencies program methodology
Train and rollout
key staff and volunteers in the program
