Assist in distributing documented policies and
procedures/user guide for newly deployed Data Centric systems to end users.

feedback for post implementation review of deployed Data Centric systems and
ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.

performance in order to ensure continuing relevance of enterprise solutions

patches and upgrades to Data Centric systems.
