Director of Programs
– Teem Development Centre College (TDC) – Zomba
To lead in
curriculum, module/manual review and program development in consultation with
the heads of Departments, Responsible for development and implementation of the
students’ Retention Plan in accordance with Institution, accreditation and
College guidelines, Participate in professional development activities and
programs as required by accreditation/regulatory agencies, Participate in
college meetings, orientations, graduation exercises and other functions as
d
irected by the Principal, Perform any other duties and responsibilities as
assigned by the Principal from time to time
Should possess a
Bachelor’s Degree in Education (with bias in administration) from recognised
institution, Minimum of 2 yrs of supervisory and teaching experience in the
subject being taught and/or previous teaching experience
Good interpersonal
skills and strong written and oral communication skills, Ability to establish
and maintain effective working relationship with Students, departments, staff,
the Board, Business and Community leaders as well as the public, Strong
analytical and reasoning skills
