Technical Support – Systems/Engineer/Administrator/1st 2nd Line – Urgent

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience support professional to join an established IT Solutions company providing a wide range of IT Support services to a large number of clients across Brisbane.
Playing a key role in the support team you’ll provide technical expertise to a number of clients across different technical environments. You’ll have the opportunity to flex your technical muscle supporting customers on everything from User & Network Support to Microsoft Server, Active Directory and Exchange.
Suitable Candidates should have a Strong, broad technical background with the ability to work autonomously. Working in a key role you’ll be expected to be self motivated with the ability to work independently without being micro managed.
Technically you’ll have a strong mix of any of the following: Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Network Technologies including DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Antivirus, Backup, Internet, HP/IBM Server Hardware, Server Builds and Remote Access solutions
Working in a highly technical environment anyone of the following would be considered advantageous but not essential: SharePoint, SQL, Smartphone Technology, Blackberry, Citrix/Terminal Services Solutions, VPN, WAN, Firewalls, Routing Rules, SAN, NAS, VMware, Linux.
As a Technical professional supporting customers and clients the right person will have strong communication skills, with a strong customer focus with a commitment to Quality Service and Delivery. You’ll need strong trouble-shooting skills and attention to detail with the ability to think logically & Laterally to solve problems efficiently.
