Location
responsible for the management and support of the majority of the sector’s
finance and human resource systems and processes. The Service Desk division has
several opportunities for experienced Customer Service Administrators to join
their professional, customer focussed team in a front line role. Previous
experience in a System Administration environment with the sound knowledge or
the ability to acquire sound knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP R/3 or Aurion Syst
ems
will be highly regarded. The role will be responsible for logging and
responding to all calls and emails and resolving support issues at the first
point of contact.
Key duties will include:
System/User Administration – creating and modifying user accounts
in various systems
Email/Online requests – reading, understanding, categorising,
sourcing additional information, problem solving, escalation and resolution
Call handling – Inbound – logging, questioning, problem
solving, escalation and resolution / outbound – follow ups on existing
requests
role being front line in a Customer Service environment with high levels of
information entry including data entry / maintenance and some outbound follow
up calls. You must be a great team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
and the willingness to take a hands on role including successfully resolving
customer requests in line with service level agreements.
You have exceptional communication (oral and written) and service skills as
well as the ability to work within a dedicated team. The Service Desk operates
Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 5.00 pm and your ability to work rotating
rosters within this time frame is essential. This assignment will be ongoing
based on individual performance and business needs with the opportunity to
apply and be considered for permanent positions as they become available.
