In partnership with its client Cpl NI Ltd is currently seeking a Support Engineer for a permanent job based in Belfast.

The Client:

Job Role:
The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team within an innovative environment. The support desk provides 24/7 1st and 2nd line support coverage for the full suite of enterprise software products. The role will involve working closely with the client base to ensure their applications run smoothly.
• Support project management with technical assistance to compliment major software rollout projects
• Installation and management of software on customer sites or remotely over VPN
• Onsite visits with technical Q&A
• Delivery of training to clients
• Technical support for our sales and presales teams
• Troubleshooting, issue reproduction and resolution
• Induction, managing and mentoring of new team member

Skill Set and Experience Requirements
• BSc Degree (min 2.1) or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience of Unix/Linux
• Training or experience of computer programming/scripting
• Effective communication – both written & verbal
• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced day-to-day activity
• Ability to win consistently in a highly competitive environment
• Reliable delivery of consistent customer service

**Please note the hours of work will be 1pm-10pm
