CLIENT: RWANDA BIOMEDICAL CENTER / MEDICAL PROCUREMENT AND PRODUCTION DIVISION (RBC/MPPD)

The Rwanda Biomedical Center hereby invites bids from eligible bidders specialized in this area to submit their offers for ESTABLISHMENT OF FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BLOOD TRANSFUSION COMMODITIES: EQUIPMENT, BLOOD COMMODITIES, and CONSUMABLES AND CONFIRMATION TESTS. The participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.

The tender document shall be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of five thousand (5,000) Rwandan francs paid to the account of Rwanda revenue authority opened at any commercial bank.

All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before 24th June 2020 at 16:00 local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 17:00 local time.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above-mentioned.

The amount of the Bid Security shall be lot by lot according to the e-procurement instruction;

All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the e-procurement system within three-sixths (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
