Responsibilities:
• Handle customers’ complaints and quality related issues
• Handle recovery plans and action plans for quality issues raised by customers
• Execute Product Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance to customers’ requirements and to ensure PQP effectiveness
• Implement quality tools in Production to support corrective and preventive actions
Requirements:
• Diploma in Quality Engineering or relevant engineering certifications
• 2 years of quality control experiences & customer quality management from Electronics / Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in handling Electronics and Supplier Management
• Experienced in SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) exposure is preferred
• Familiar with ISO 9000 & TS16949 and have knowledge in Six Sigma
• Able to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
• Only Singaporean / PR / Malaysian need to apply
