Manager who is looking a new and exciting management role in the
Aged and Community Care Sector.

The Role

This role will suit an experienced manager within the Aged Care sector.

We are looking for a senior community care manager who has a passion for
aged and community care.

Duties

You
will manage all community Aged Care service contracts.
You
will Manage 100 staff as a whole.
Your
main focus will be the operational management of a large community
aged care service. Ensuring excellent care is provided to all clients.

A wealth
of management or leadership background is required to assist and develop an
ever changing environment.

A strategic
thinker is required to manage this large team.
