Job Title: Store Sales Assistant (Luxury Finishing and Interior Decor)
Location: Banex Plaza, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Availability to start: As soon as possible
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm (Mondays – Saturdays)
Responsibilities
- Respond to all client enquiries and bookings via email, phone call, text message, social media and physically
- Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace
- Welcome and attend to all clients who visit the store
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedures Requirement
- Record daily sales, receive and follow up on payment of all client orders
- Follow up with clients for service feedback
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organisation and follow-through skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Zeal to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service focused
- Proficiency in using Excel to record sales
Salary
N40,000 monthly.
