conceptual desires and budget.
Working within a

expected that you will be at the bleeding edge of civil design and the
necessary experience to manage the design process from cradle to grave.
Key components of
this role include, but are not limited to:
- Stream
line activities within a close team of professionals - Deliver
complex and notable projects in a timely fashion within budgetary
constraints - Build
and manage client relationships, fostering organic growth across a
multidiscipline team structure - Oversea
the adherence to Policy and Quality Assurance commitments - Effective
reporting to senior management and managing strategic directives - Mentor
and empower team project team members
We are looking for
technical strength and leadership qualities in this pivotal role. Ideally you
will have 15+ years of experience, tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
and preference offered to those with Chartered status. Your exceptional
communication skills will govern the scope of advancement within the
organisation within a global operation.
An appropriate
salary package will be negotiated accordingly to attract the highest calibre
