The Job
With large
projects underway from commercial developments, educational projects, interior
fit outs and mixed used developments they need a new resource to work on a
large educational build.

You will be the
technical expert providing advice, planning, management and resourcing for the
building services components. You will be involved in engaging sub-contractors,
reviewing technical drawings, ensuring build ability and looking for areas to
find value and efficiencies.

Experience
You will bring a track record of delivering building services projects in the
commercial and or industrial sector. Your experience will include project
planning and management as well as practical site leadership.  You will
ideally have come from a related trade background or hold tertiary
qualifications and progressed into management roles in the commercial building
sector.
