Job Summary
- Champions preparation for all internal &
external audits - Manages all digital banking project through
availability for all UAT & UVT, FSD and all other project requirements - Handles execution of all digital banking
agendas like product or service launch e.g. commencement of digital
Tuesdays - Manage all Alternate Channels process notes
and operating instructions ensuring easy retrieval and safe keeping - Manage existing customer base to ensure both
retention and growth on all digital channels - Tracking of all channels platform on
availability & functionality - Any other assigned duty or task given by the
Unit Head
- Co-ordinate activities of all digital
champions to optimum activation on digital channels - Organise training for all digichamps &
frontline officers on digital channels offerings and capabilities - Preparation of all digital banking training
materials and job aids for contact centre - Handles all digital channels customer
complaints and ensure each issue is conclusively resolved(Liaising with
all TPP and Group support team on issue resolution) - Manages all vendor payments and requisition on
eproc - Responsible for all departmental operating
instructions and process documents - Ensure unit compliance with all digital
channels MCS through quarterly gap analysis and tracking of all identified
gaps till closure
Basic Duties

Basic Requirements
- B.Sc from any recognised University
- A good knowledge of the bank’s products,
services and policies. - Good service skills/etiquette/personal
presentation - Good knowledge of bank cash related policies
