the school. The appointee to this newly created position will be a member
of the College Leadership Team providing leadership, support and encouragement
of teachers in the development and implementation of a variety of best practice
teaching and learning strategies specifically targeted at improvement in
academic results.

Key duties will
include:

• Data
  analysis, interpretation and dissemination targeted at continual
  improvement of learning and teaching;
• Individualised
  data analysis for improvements of student outcomes;
• Leading
  of the implementation of numeracy, literacy and cross-curricular
  enhancement programs in conjunction with Heads of Faculty.
