General job description
SPARK Rwanda is looking for a dynamic Programme
Officer to actively support SPARKS existing partners in an enterprise
development programme. The post holder will be engaged in a wide range of
tasks, including overseeing the support that existing entrepreneurs receive,
quality and performance of partners ensuring their adhere to contractual
obligations, in addition to providing training to partners in the field
entrepreneurship, higher education and business development.

Requirements and competencies
·
Minimum of 2 – 5 years of
experience in entrepreneurship and enterprise development or a related field.

education institution, preferably with some finance or economics training or
equivalent level of work experience.
